Two Six Technologies is seeking a Language Enabled Analyst (Russian) to support a US Government customer. This position will involve leveraging language and cultural understanding to develop effective messaging strategies across a variety of social media platforms, engaging with individuals in those global locations, studying data from various social media platforms and other online sources, assessing content validity, and writing reports detailing these assessments.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Include:

Develop and implement messaging strategies for propagating messaging content in target language information environment(s) via various social media presences; engage with individuals in target language on behalf of the program

Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to align messaging strategies with program priorities

Assess content in target language or dialect for potential intelligence value

Analyze a wide variety of OSINT information

Draft analytical reports and brief program stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

Native proficiency in Russian; fluency in another language strongly preferred

Minimum of 3 years writing grammatically and culturally appropriate content in target language without peer review

Minimum of 3 years Intensive academic or professional background in target region political and/or security issues

Familiarity with traditional and social media in target language, including prevalent trends, key personalities, political dynamics, and current events

Demonstrated use of target language in either an IC mission set or in an IO/OSINT mission set.

Demonstrated professional writing skills in the English language

Experience and demonstrated proficiency using a range of technologies, including databases and open source tools

Local to Northern Virginia or willing to relocate

Clearance Requirements:

Active TS/SCI clearance

Background in data science and programming languages

HUMINT/Targeting experience or experience in cybersecurity

Additional Notes
All contract work for service credit is considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, the NSEP Service Committee considers requests for service credit at a contractor if the company is receiving funding from a Tier One federal agency. The federal funding for the position must come in the form of a contract or cooperative agreement. Work performed under federal grants will not qualify for service credit.
