Summary
Ready to use your data and analytics skills to solve enterprise-level challenges? You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Organization and Manpower Management Branch of Naval Supply Systems Command Headquarters. The primary purpose of this position is to serve a subject matter expert in Organization and Workforce Management functional areas.
Responsibilities
We're looking for a problem-solver to join the front lines of digital transformation. Duties include:

•Build & Deploy Data Solutions: Use your skills in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Query) and Excel to create impactful reports, and automated application solutions.


•Drive Enterprise Reorganizations: Apply your project planning and process optimization skills to support the analysis and execution of command-wide organizational changes.

•Tackle Complex Data Challenges: Contribute to high-priority, human capital data analysis and reporting efforts to improve data integrity across systems used for analysis and metrics reporting.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level (GS-07/09/11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Utilize a knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative functions; 2. Perform a variety of analytical studies and projects; 3. Present recommendations and negotiate solutions to disputed/controversial issues in a clear, concise manner both orally and in writing.

SF-50 and DD-214

HIRING AUTHORITY

The Department of War will utilize the Schedule A (r) and/or NDAA’13 hiring authorities afforded to all NSEP award recipients with outstanding service requirements to make appointments to this position in the excepted service. NSEP award recipients who have already completed their service requirement to NSEP in full are not eligible to apply.
